Sanderson Chiswick Grove Fabrics
Sanderson Chiswick Grove Fabrics collection celebrates the Golden Era of 1879 when Arthur Sanderson set up his first wallpaper factory in Chiswick, a leafy hamlet of London situated on the River Thames. Originally inspired by an archive document, Chiswick Grove has been reinterpreted in loose painterly style with vibrant birds singing out from the branches of this exquisite tree pattern, printed onto a textured linen ground.
The Sanderson studio carefully crafted the exquisite damasks, geometrics and foliage designs within this range using a variety of techniques including printing new artwork from the original pear wood blocks to truly bring the patterns to life.
For an effortlessly coordinated home, the collection also includes the beautifully refined Chiswick Grove Wallpapers and Linden weaves.
