A minimum deposit of 25% is required when your order is placed, with balances payable prior to fitting, collection or delivery.

Should you require us to store goods for a prolonged period, then any balances outstanding must be settled within 1 month of order date.

Quotations are based on rooms being clear of old tracks, curtains and blinds, however we are able to quote for this removal service if requested and is charged according to the work involved. We cannot however move personal items and breakables such as ornaments.Windows should be clear of all furniture and accessories.

All items are moved at the customers own risk.

Measuring service

We offer a chargeable measuring service of £35 this amount is then refunded upon placing an order with its minimum deposit amount.

Refunds and exchanges

Although it is our policy not to give cash refunds, we will gladly exchange goods or issue credit notes, providing that goods are in original packing and in saleable good condition. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of items which have been made especially for you in your own choice of colour and combination, or items that have been made or cut down to size as they have specifications selected by you and have been ordered at your request.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to give any refunds on duvets, pillows and mattress protectors.

Eligible returns must be made with your receipt and within 28 days from date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Wood Venetians

Due to the nature of this product, blinds may vary slightly from the samples shown.

These blinds are not designed to be taken up and down on a daily basis, they can be heavy and doing this will wear the cords after only a few years.

Cleaning

Check manufacturers instructions before cleaning fabrics. Keeping curtains dust free is the most effective method of cleaning them. Vacuum clean curtains and pelmets regularly. It is advisable to put a gauze over the nozzle to avoid any threads being pulled. Curtains with fixed linings and interlined curtains cannot be washed successfully. If vacuum cleaning does not prove adequate they should by dry cleaned by a specialist curtain cleaner.

Dressing Curtains

When curtains are first hung, they should be dressed to encourage them to fall into their natural folds.

Fading

Most textiles will fade very gradually over time due to natural light. To reduce fading in rooms with strong exposure to the sun (i.e. South facing rooms with patio windows), use of sun blinds is recommended.
